Date: December 6, 2025
Location: North Side Middle School, 300 Lawrence, Elkhart, IN
Start Time: 8:30 am for 5K Run/Walk and 8:35 am pm for Sweater Stroll
Costumes and fun sweaters are highly encouraged! It makes the whole atmosphere that much more fun.
It’s a great lift to see all the different sweaters and outfits for the season! Truly, if you are feeling a bit Bah Hum bug -ish, this will cure what ails ya! This is a fundraiser for the Elkhart Education Foundation which provides supplies and scholarships for our local teachers!
PRICING
$30 includes Knit Cap and Timed Race entry for 5K or $25 for untimed entry for 1 Mile Stroll . There are also Overall Awards, costume awards, AG awards, and post race cocoa, cookies and fruit.

PACKET PICKUP and REGISTRATION
Friday, December 5 from 4-6pm
Packet pickup and Registration will once again be held inside at Elkhart Health & Aquatics, 200 East Jackson, Elkhart, IN in the Community area. If you are facing the building, enter the far right doors with the swimmer statue out front. You are welcome to pick up for a friend!
Saturday, December 6- RACE DAY- NEW LOCATION!!!
7:00 am – 8:15 am at North Side Middle School.
The race begins and ends at North Side Middle School.
5K Awards
Top three MF Overall and three deep in each of 15 age groups.
The 1 Mile Stroll is non-competitive and is not timed.
Six Costume awards will be handed out
Monster Message will be there playing the tunes!
COURSE
The course will begin and end at North Side Middle School, 300 Lawrence, Elkhart which is on the corner of Main and Bristol Street. We are using much of the same route that people loved from last year, but we will have a large space inside to stay warm before and after the race!

Plenty of parking at North Side Middle School. Did we mention this is the largest gym in Indiana?
After the event – CONSIDER WINTERFEST
Consider going to breakfast at the Fire Station, just 4 blocks away for their annual fundraiser Breakfast with Santa. Pancakes and Sausage will be served!
This is also the kickoff to a day of holiday activities including the breakfast, ice skating, tree lighting and parade. Check it out for some small town charm!
